Terms and Conditions

Before a participant (you) submits entries and any forms or orders on our site, please read all rules and regulations. These terms and conditions (T&C) are imposed by International Art Talent Center, a service owned by International Art Talent Center (we). By submitting applications and any forms or orders, you, or your parent or legal guardian if you are under 18 years of age, understand and agree to these requirements, rules and regulations.

Competition rules

1. All International Art Talent Center open music competitions are conducted through online video entries, such as uploading to YouTube. Applications from participants under 18 years of age must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

2. For each competition, participants are allowed to submit an unlimited number of entries. Each application must indicate one category and one specialty within that category. If a participant wishes to apply for more than one specialty in the same category, separate applications must be submitted for each specialty. If a participant wishes to apply for multiple categories using the same or different specialties, separate applications must be submitted for each category. Participants are permitted to submit multiple entries for the same specialty in the same category, provided that each entry includes a different piece of music. The duration of a musical work must be calculated individually for each entry and must not exceed the duration limit specified for that category.

3. Each application is submitted separately and is subject to a registration fee.

4. You can only play one music specialty per application. The additional music major will need to be submitted as a different application.

5. Some categories may allow you to submit one entry for multiple pieces. In this type of category, it is not necessary for the works to be presented in one video. You can submit separate videos for different works.

6. All competition participants will receive an official certificate in digital format, ready to print. Only prize/award winners are eligible to order a winner's medal/CD, which is available at an additional cost. All participants can order a paper certificate for an additional fee.

7. The results and decisions of the competition are final and not subject to discussion. The decisions and opinions of the jury are strictly confidential and will not be published. The identities of the judges involved in the judging process for each competition will not be disclosed. You, or your parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age, or any of their representatives, must not engage in any form of communication regarding any matter relating to the decision of the competition with any member of the jury. If you or your parent or guardian initiates, if you are under 18 years of age, or on whose behalf such communication is initiated, with any member of the jury, you may be subject to sanctions, including, but not limited to, disqualification from the competition or a ban on future participation in the competition.

8. The performance or work of each participant is evaluated by one or more judges. The judge or group of appointed judges may be different. Such a judge or group of appointed judges will evaluate and assign a final score, which will be the result of the competition. A competitor's final score is determined by dividing the total score received by the competitor by the total number of judges assigned to score that competitor. We rank and reward participants according to their final scores. There is no set limit on the number of recipients for each award level.

9. Special awards may also be awarded based on the recommendations of the jury.

10. For each competition, the composition of the judges may vary depending on the actual needs of the competition. We may invite special guest judges to evaluate a performance or work.

11. We will publish the winners on our website as soon as possible on or after the results date. We will provide participants with a hyperlink allowing them to receive their electronic certificates.

12. We reserve the right to reject any entry that does not meet the requirements of the competition, or such Entrants whose entry may have a negative impact on our reputation.

13. The registration fee is non-refundable.

14. You must submit the video before the deadline. If you are willing to change the video, you must submit a clear request via email with one link to the video before the submission deadline. Any vague instructions or vague or misleading information may result in applications being rejected.

15. Instrumentalists, other than piano, may submit their performances with or without accompaniment. If there is an accompaniment in the video, the accompanist cannot be rated.

16. The video submitted for the competition must contain the exact excerpts for the selected category. Submitting a long video and specifically requesting that part of it be used for the competition is not permitted. This may result in applications being rejected.

17. For the professional standard, assessment will be made solely on the basis of the material received. Any personal conditions or other additional achievements of the Competitor must not be mentioned to members of the jury and will not be taken into account in the evaluation. Ratings and comments will be made solely on the basis of the quality of the Contestant's performance received.

18. To ensure the fairness of the competition, it is strictly prohibited to contact members of the jury by any means regarding any topic or matter relating to the competition at any stage of the competition period. Any participant, his/her parent or legal guardian, if the participant is under 18 years of age, who attempts or on whose behalf an attempt is made to contact any member of the jury at any stage during the competition period may be subject to sanctions such as disqualification, removal of all previous reward points, a ban on further registration in the competition. This is also necessary to ensure that the jury members give their assessments without being subject to external influence and pressure.
